It's so true... I am always looking for ways to offer a better service to my customers but in addition it's just as important (to me) to be able to offer affiliates as much as I can. If I don't hear from affiliates as far as what they're looking for, or if I don't have a way to keep in touch and let them know what's new in the land of JGoode... I am missing the opportunity to better my offerings all around. What's the point of having a product, service or program if I don't listen to whomever its ment for? Thank you so much!
